Thirdly, this hygienic refrigerated countertop unit displays ingredients to customers and keeps clear access for staff. The glass servery unit by Borrelli is built to commercial standards to be long lasting and hard working. It is a commercial grade unit made of grade 201 stainless steel and featuring a glass surround. It is both hygienic and strong. You can rest assured as Borrelli are know for their premium build and reliable products. For ease of access, ingredients can be placed in the universal standard grastronorm pans (sold separately). This unit accommodates up to six Gastronorm pans sizing 5 x 1/3 and 1 x 1/2 containers, perfect for your pizza toppings, sandwich fillings or salad for kebabs and burgers.
With precise digital controls, the Borrelli glass servery can be set to temperature and then monitored at a glance. You can keep peace of mind knowing the ingredients are being kept cold and fresh in the optimal environment. In addition, the powerful refrigeration technology is able to keep food cool even when ambient temperatures are high perfect for scorching summer days or high-pressure kitchens.
The stainless-steel construction of the unit and the glass servery topper are easy to keep hygienically clean and well maintained.
